“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone we met was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. In addition, the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, with a great selection of dishes prepared to a very high standard. The only area for improvement would be the serving temperature of the red wine. It appeared to be stored too warm, which affected the drinking experience. Serving it at the proper temperature would make the dining experience even better. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent facilities, wonderful people, a beautiful setting, and superb cuisine. We would be delighted to return.”

What made our stay truly special was the staff - incredibly warm, thoughtful, discreet, and attentive in a way that never felt forced. Surrounded by beautiful nature, vineyards, and some of the most stunning beaches in the area, this was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Sicily at its best. We planned to try other restaurants nearby on our second evening, but after dining here on the first night, we simply couldn’t bring ourselves to leave. The food was exceptional, the wine selection outstanding, and every dinner became an experience in itself. Masseria del Carboj is more than a beautiful hotel - it is a place with soul. The restaurant is delicious, we had a very special dinner and tremendous breakfast (perhaps the best omelette I have ever had). The room was charmingly rustic but featured every amenity.
